**Spa Manager Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to lead our spa operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Lead a team of staff members, including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and revenue targets, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Design and market new spa treatments to attract clients.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and order supplies from vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local health codes, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Supervise facility maintenance, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate work schedules and manage staff-related issues effectively.
  • Foster exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and quality care.


Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a spa manager, director, or in a similar role in the spa industry.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
  • Able to effectively manage diverse teams and prioritize tasks efficiently.
