We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of our spa.

The Spa Operations Manager will be responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that the spa meets its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff performance, including hiring, training, delegating, improving performance, and firing
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that the spa runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Creating and managing budgets, ensuring the spa meets its revenue targets
  • Overseeing the development of new spa treatments and marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies from vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with all state and local health codes
  • Supervising facility maintenance and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience working as a spa manager, spa director, or in a similar role in the spa industry
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of employees
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Responsibilities may include membership sales, single service sales target, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
