We are seeking a skilled SMT manufacturing expert to drive process optimization and quality improvements in our Surface Mount Technology production line.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SMT rework, process control, and ability to analyze production data for continuous improvement.

  • Lead process optimization and quality improvement activities.
  • Analyze production data to suggest improvements and reduce rejection rates.
SMT Process Expert Responsibilities:

1. Manage SMT Production Line Operations:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow machines.

2. Supervise Manpower Allocation and Monitor Production Output:

  • Maintain quality standards and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Key Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SMT rework and process control.
  • Ability to analyze production data and suggest improvements.
  • Prior experience in SMT line supervision or management.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
