SMT Process Engineer and SMT Supervisor Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SMT Process Engineer and SMT Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling SMT process operations, including Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the SMT production line.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow machines.
  • Supervise manpower allocation and monitor production output.
  • Maintain quality standards and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing processes and strong knowledge of SMT rework, process control, and dealing with process abnormalities.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to analyze production data and suggest improvements to decrease rejection rates.
