Electronics Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Manufacturing Specialist to lead our surface mount technology (SMT) process operations.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day SMT manufacturing operations including Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow machines.
- Lead process optimization, quality improvements, and troubleshooting activities to drive efficiency and defect reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflow and meet customer requirements.
- Hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing processes and upgrading them.
- Strong knowledge of SMT rework, process control, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze production data, suggest improvements, and decrease rejection rates.
- Supervise manpower allocation and monitor production output.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
