Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager, you'll oversee multiple projects and work collaboratively with specialized teams to drive meaningful impact in communities.

  • Implement diverse projects, ensuring successful achievement of project targets and objectives
  • Prepare and submit activity reports to stakeholders, highlighting key accomplishments and areas for improvement
  • Foster and maintain partnerships for collaborative success and sustainable growth
  • Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation, leveraging local expertise and resources

You'll employ strategic thinking in project design, implementation, and monitoring. Identify and implement creative solutions to address project challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management, fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi, and a positive, community-focused mindset.
