Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to drive strategic initiatives from the CEO's Office. This critical position will oversee a wide range of projects, from tactical program management to leading cross-functional priorities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and will be groomed for advancement to a higher role within the organization. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in project leadership, versatile problem-solving skills, robust business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations/decks and detailed narratives.

  • Project Leadership: Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving complex problems, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an office of excellence or in a similar high-impact role.
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
  • Education Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the education industry, with a passion for making a positive impact.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills.
