  • As a Vessel Performance Manager, you will be responsible for working with customers to create biofouling management plans for their vessels. You will train them on biofouling management and plan maintenance, as well as work with vessel performance data.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Vessel Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marine business, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver high-quality services to our customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing biofouling management plans for vessels
  • Liaising with customers to collect necessary vessel information
  • Training customers on biofouling management and plan maintenance
  • Working with vessel performance data and enrolling vessels on our digital platform
  • Preparing vessel performance reports

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a university degree and equivalent experience, especially within the Marine industry. Knowledge of marine biofouling, hull coatings, and vessel design and operations are all valuable skills. Good presentation skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds are also essential.
