Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to lead our pre-construction initiatives and oversee the successful execution of projects from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved frameworks
  • Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to guarantee compliance with set standards
  • Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality assurance, and time management to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases by adhering to industry best practices
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to foster collaboration and coordination
  • Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans to streamline project delivery
  • Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts to achieve business goals
  • Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries to optimize resource allocation
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution to minimize delays
  • Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation to inform decision-making
