Project Manager - Planning

Oversee the coordination of hospitality projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project schedules utilizing industry-standard software such as MSP Primavera to ensure timely delivery across all stages of design, construction, and handover.
  • Act as the central coordination point between architects, consultants, contractors, and client teams ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and track progress against key milestones, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify critical paths and potential delays, proactively proposing mitigation strategies to maintain project efficiency.
  • Coordinate technical and design reviews in collaboration with design management teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct periodic project review meetings and ensure follow-up on action items to drive project forward.
  • Support procurement planning including coordination with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements across project phases.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and client-facing documentation to stakeholders.
  • Implement and refine project governance frameworks to improve execution efficiency and reduce risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning, execution, and coordination preferably in hospitality or high-end commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of handling complex hospitality or real estate developments through a PMC or developer environment.
  • Proficient in project planning software, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Excel-based dashboards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
