Job Title:

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of service.

  • Retail Sales:
    • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about products.
    • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
    • Meet and exceed individual sales targets set by management.
  • Customer Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations:
    • Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining cleanliness and product displays.
    • Assist in stock management, including inventory control and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with management and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
    • Participate in team meetings and share insights to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with product features, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Attend product training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance team performance.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Accurately process transactions and maintain records of daily sales.
    • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:

3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury retail or fashion industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, any graduate degree preferred, knowledge of luxury fashion or retail brands mandatory.
