Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

About the Role:

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in project financials, contract management, and cost estimation.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, project management systems, and construction software.
