Job Title: Cards and Procurement Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the rollout of card products across our organization. This role involves working closely with various teams, including procurement and IT, to implement new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing different card products (Purchasing/Lodge Cards, Virtual Cards, Staff Corporate Cards) and integrating them into our procurement and accounts payable processes.
  • Managing stakeholders across multiple regions and teams, ensuring successful delivery of card products and processes globally.
  • Providing SME input to project plans, supporting mobilization and execution of activities.
  • Working collaboratively with operational teams on issue management and resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in global procurement functions, particularly in issue triage and resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a transformation project implementing new processes and systems globally.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices gained across different industries and companies.
