Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Analytics team within the Corporate Strategy organization.
Job Description:This hands-on role requires a combination of analytical competency, data analysis and visualization expertise to drive actionable insights and develop data-driven products that enhance business performance and optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and insights to internal stakeholders
- Utilize statistical and data science techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for analytics purposes
- Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for users in the access and reporting of data
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a data analyst or finance analyst, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Proficiency in Python or other data manipulation languages
- Experience with data governance
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Self-motivated and analytical thinker with ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
