
US Healthcare Sector Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a bilingual customer service professional to provide top-notch support to customers in the US healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in both Spanish and English, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, managing customer support requests, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
