About the Role
Past Modern's Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing customer service operations and managing support teams to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints. Daily tasks include monitoring interactions, implementing policies, and coordinating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Key qualifications include customer service management and support skills, customer satisfaction and communication skills, analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and team management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service within the organization
A degree in a related field and relevant work experience are preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
