The ideal candidate will possess international exposure and proficiency in various software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Experience with multi-family residential buildings, hospitality, and/or higher educational facilities is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale projects, specifically multi-family residential buildings, hospitality, and/or higher educational facilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize client satisfaction through regular updates and incorporating client feedback into project plans.
  • Liaise with vendors and consultants to maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials and ensure proper documentation for various projects.
  • Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration while exhibiting leadership skills and effective stakeholder engagement.
