Job Role Junior Architect Experience 3 to 5 Years Location Thane Job summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with a specialization in architecture to join our real estate team in Thane The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and a strong proficiency in architectural design and project management Key Responsibilities Design Development Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine architectural designs from concept to completion ensuring alignment with client goals and project specifications Project Assistance Assist in the planning and execution of architectural projects including preparing and modifying architectural documents plans and specifications Site Analysis Conduct comprehensive site analysis to inform design decisions including evaluating site conditions zoning and environmental factors Client Consultation Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and provide innovative design solutions that meet client expectations Regulatory Compliance Ensure designs comply with local building codes regulations and ordinances Software Proficiency Auto-CAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Photoshop Key Requirements Experience 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management within the real estate sector Education Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch or a related field Technical Skills Proficiency in architectural design software tools is required Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate sector Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Thane What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity for professional growth and development Collaborative and innovative work environment Involvement in exciting and diverse projects Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Work Location In person
