**Job Title: Junior Architect**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Assist in the development of architectural design concepts and solutions for projects under the guidance of senior architects. Contribute to the creation of sketches, diagrams, and digital renderings to communicate design ideas.
- **Drafting and Documentation**: Prepare architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit. Ensure accuracy and adherence to drafting standards and project specifications.
- **Building Information Modeling (BIM)**: Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM models for architectural projects, including 3D modeling, parametric families, and data integration. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate BIM workflows and deliverables.
- **Code and Regulation Compliance**: Research and interpret building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Incorporate regulatory requirements into design solutions and documentation.
- **Material and Product Research**: Assist in researching and selecting building materials, finishes, and construction products based on project requirements, performance criteria, and sustainability goals. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain samples and specifications.
- **Project Coordination**: Support project coordination and communication with consultants, contractors, and clients. Attend project meetings, record meeting minutes, and assist in resolving design-related issues and conflicts as they arise.
- **Construction Administration**: Assist in construction administration tasks, including site visits, progress inspections, and review of shop drawings and submittals. Assist in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and clarifications during the construction phase.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture. Seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development through training, workshops, and mentorship.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
