Our ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering key results by implementing and enforcing food and beverage standard operating procedures. This will ensure quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the unit.

  1. Develop and implement effective food cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize labor usage in order to achieve financial targets.
  2. Manage daily operations, inventory, and reporting to ensure smooth functioning of the unit.
  3. Lead employee engagement, training, and retention activities to maintain a productive team environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee food quality, safety standards, and product availability at the unit level.
  2. Ensure that AOP is achieved through effective cost control, daily inventory management, and proper GRN processes.
  3. Coordinate brand and marketing activities for product launches and sales growth initiatives.
  4. Develop and manage team training programs, employee engagement strategies, and personal hygiene standards to enhance retention rates.
