The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of services and delivering an exceptional customer experience to corporate clients and users.

  • Oversight of daily operations and adherence to our operational standards.
  • Act as the single point of contact between us and client administration.
  • Monitoring food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation.
  • Maintenance of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols at all times.
  • User escalations, feedback, and complaints handled promptly and professionally.
  • Maintenance of inventory logs, daily sales reports, and reconciliation of POS data with backend systems.
  • Regular audits and sharing site performance updates with our central team.
  • Management of vendor staff attendance and discipline at the site.
  • Cross-functional coordination for app issues, device support, and updates.
  • Support for events, menu changes, and promotions on-site.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • Graduate degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with POS machines and basic tech applications.
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene norms.
Working Conditions:
