Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of services, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. They will also be required to manage vendor staff, maintain inventory logs, and conduct regular audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning as per established protocols.
  • Act as single point of contact between clients, administration, and vendors.
  • Monitor food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation.
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Handle user escalations, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain inventory logs, daily sales reports, and reconcile POS data with backend systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and share site performance updates with the central team.
  • Manage attendance and discipline of vendor staff at the site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • Graduate in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with POS machines and basic tech apps.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.

Working Conditions:
