Marketing Leadership Position

We seek a seasoned marketing professional to drive offline marketing efforts and lead business growth. Our ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive results.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) activities across various channels.
  • Key responsibilities include managing print, outdoor, radio, and other media campaigns, as well as designing and implementing in-store promotions, branding, signage, visual merchandising, and events.
  • This role also involves collaborating with vendors, agencies, and creative partners to ensure smooth campaign execution, monitoring competitor activities, and analyzing market trends to design innovative marketing solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in offline/retail marketing, with a proven track record of handling ATL/BTL activities.
