Cloud Technical Consultant Role

This position offers the opportunity to work on Human Capital Management (HCM) Implementations using Oracle Cloud / Fusion.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of ORACLE INTEGRATION CLOUD (OIC) solutions.
  • Experience in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL Programming Languages.
  • Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI reporting tools.
  • Experience with HCM data migration, HCM Extracts.
  • Experience with HDL, and other customization tools.

Implementation & Support:

  • Participate in all phases of Implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, Testing and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain Technical documentation for configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Technical issues related to Oracle Cloud Systems.
  • Provide Technical Support and Training to end-users.
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants and other Stakeholders to ensure successful Implementations.

Customization & Development:

  • Develop Integrations using OIC to meet Client requirements.
  • Develop and Implement Customizations to meet specific Client needs.
  • Maintain and Support existing Customizations.
  • Develop BI Publisher Reports based on Customer requirements.
  • Develop OTBI Reports / Dashboard reports to meet specific Client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 4 Years MINIMUM of experience of IT / Oracle Systems.
  • 4+ Years' experience in Oracle ERP Cloud HCM Modules' Implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
