Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with a strong technical background, specializing in the Expenses module. The role involves end-to-end functional configuration, technical support, integration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Expenses, along with adjacent modules such as Payables (AP) and General Ledger (GL).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Expenses configuration, setup, and maintenance.
  • Manage workflow approvals, per diem policies, expense categories, and audit rules.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to capture requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and user training.

Technical Requirements:

  • Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports.
  • Manage FBDI templates for data loading and migration.
  • Integrate with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot processing errors, and resolve integration issues with Payables.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years in Oracle ERP, including 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses.
  • Proven experience in configuring Expenses module policies, workflows, and rules.
  • Strong technical skills in BIP/OTBI Reporting, FBDI / HDL, REST/SOAP Web Services Integration.
  • Good understanding of related modules : AP, GL (HCM knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to write functional design documents and develop comprehensive test cases.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
