Oracle Cloud Senior Technical Consultant

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations using Oracle Cloud/Fusion.

As an Oracle Cloud/Fusion Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of HCM implementations including integration, customization, and technical support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Technical Expertise:
      • A deep understanding of Oracle HCM Architecture, Programming & System Integration.
      • Experience in modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management.
      • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL Programming Languages.
      • Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI reporting tools.
    • Functional Skills:
      • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Module.
      • Understanding of business processes and requirements within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
    • Implementation & Support:
      • Participate in all phases of Implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment.
      • Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud Systems.
      • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
      • Collaborate with functional consultants and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.
    • Customization & Development:
      • Develop integrations using OIC to meet client requirements.
      • Develop and implement customizations to meet specific client needs.
      • Maintain and support existing customizations.
      • Develop BI Publisher reports based on customer requirements.
      • Develop OTBI reports/dashboard reports to meet specific client needs.
      • Develop HDL scripts for data migration.
      • Develop SQL loader control and data files.
      • Develop/customize PL SQL package/procedures.
      • Configure/customize FBDI templates.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in Oracle ERP Cloud HCM modules' implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HCM data migration and transformation.
  • Experience in developing BI reports in Oracle ERP Cloud HCM modules.
  • Experience in OTBI reports and building dashboards in financial, procurement & HCM subject areas.
