Job Title : Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Experience : 6 to 12 Years

Location : Bangalore, Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad

Employment Type : Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 612 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Redwood UI development, combined with strong technical capabilities in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI/OTBI reports, and Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud modules using Redwood UI framework.

- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Dashboards, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts.

- Work on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.

- Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT and production deployments.

- Optimize performance and ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and security guidelines.

- Document technical solutions, configurations, and Skills :

- Redwood UI Strong hands-on experience is mandatory

- Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, etc.)

- BI Publisher / OTBI / HCM Extracts

- Fast Formulas Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, etc.

- HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Web Services / REST & SOAP APIs

- SQL, PL/SQL, and basic scripting to Have :

- Experience with Personalizations using Visual Builder Studio (VBS)

- Understanding of Security Console and Role-Based Access Control

- Oracle Certifications in HCM Cloud Technical

- Experience with Agile/Scrum :

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus

Work Model :

- Hybrid/On-site depending on location and project requirements

- Candidates must be willing to relocate or work from Bangalore, Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, or Hyderabad
