We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with hands-on expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) reporting to join our HR technology team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and advanced reporting through BIP.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality HCM configurations and insightful reports that support decision-making across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, support, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management.

- Design and develop custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) based on business and compliance requirements.

- Work with functional teams to gather reporting requirements, understand data needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot report and data issues, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and performance optimization.

- Build dashboards, schedule reports, and automate distribution as per user needs.

- Participate in unit testing, UAT, and production deployment for HCM customizations and reports.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for BIP reports and integrations.

- Provide production support, enhancements, and system upgrades as Skills & Qualifications :


Oracle HCM Functional Skills :

- Experience in at least 2+ HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation)

- Understanding of HCM data models and standard tables


BI Publisher (BIP) Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and deploying reports using Oracle BI Publisher

- XML, XSLT, RTF templates, and bursting logic expertise

- Ability to write complex SQL queries and work with data sources in Oracle Skills :


- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL

- Exposure to HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Flows is a plus

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services Platform :


- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

- Oracle HCM Reporting Tools (BIP, OTBI, HCM & Environments :


- Oracle BI Publisher Desktop

- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

- Excel, XMLSpy, and standard reporting/debugging Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (nice to have)

- Experience with enterprise implementations and post-go-live support.

- Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and payroll/reporting regulations in different geographies (optional but Skills :

- Ability to work with global teams and across time zones.
