Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, maintaining databases, providing job offer letters, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the recruitment process.
- Screen resumes, initiate interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of resumes and provide job offer letters to selected candidates.
- Provide induction programs to new employees and orientate them with company policies and procedures.
- Handhold new employees, making them comfortable and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage office supplies, prepare expense reports, arrange travel and accommodations, and schedule events.
- Ensure a clean and hygienic workplace by managing housekeeping activities.
