**Position Title: Sales Coordinator**
**Location: Kalwa**
**Experience: 1 - 2 Years**

**Job Summary**: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing data, and providing essential administrative support. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Order Management**: Process and track customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy in order entries and on-time delivery.
**- Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.
**- Sales Data Management**:Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and sales reports.
**- Coordination with Sales Team**: Work closely with sales representatives to align on sales targets, order updates, and inventory requirements.
**- Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, ensuring product availability for customer orders.
**- Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and quotations.
**- Communication Liaison**:Act as the point of contact between the sales department and other internal teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
**- Market Research Support**: Assist the sales team in gathering market and customer insights to help refine sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 1-2 years in a sales support or coordination role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

**- Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
