We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Manager to lead our organization's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting insightful reports, conducting thorough performance reviews, and creating sensitivity analysis and business scenarios to inform key decisions.
In addition, the Strategic Manager will analyze existing business practices and environments to optimize operational profitability, assist in detailing project-related matters, and support merger and acquisition activities.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present summarized informative reports with insights for running projects and assignments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Performance Review: Conduct thorough performance reviews of critical parameters to focus on core strategy points.
- Sensitivity Analysis: Create and present sensitivity analysis and business scenarios to enable informed decision-making.
- Operational Optimization: Analyze existing business practices and environment to optimize operational profitability.
- Project Support: Assist in detailing project-related matters to inform decision-making on critical parameters.
- Merger and Acquisition Support: Support and assist in Merger, Acquisitions, and restructuring related transactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage information flow with relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Competitive Analysis: Gather competition information and analysis to improve competitiveness.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate various projects/activities/tasks and drive organization-wide strategic agendas.
- Requirements:
- Education: BE or MBA degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management skills, attention to detail, organization skills, ability to multitask, basic understanding of Microsoft Office, and interpersonal skills.
