Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - ESG

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Environmental:
    • Develop and implement sustainable waste management strategies to minimize our carbon footprint.
    • Drive energy efficiency projects across the organization.
    • Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and internal sustainability policies.
  • Social:
    • Collaborate with HR and CSR teams to enhance employee welfare and community development programs.
    • Promote workplace health and safety awareness in alignment with EHS requirements.
    • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Governance:
    • Ensure accurate and transparent ESG disclosures and regulatory reporting.
    • Support the development of ESG-related policies, audits, and committee presentations.
    • Maintain transparency in sustainability data collection, monitoring, and disclosure.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Prepare regular ESG and sustainability reports for stakeholders.
    • Track and maintain ESG data (KPIs, scorecards, sustainability audits).
    • Support participation in ESG ratings, industry benchmarks, and certifications.
