About the Role

Are you a data management expert looking to lead cutting-edge projects at the intersection of GenAI and data transformation?

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Lead to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in data management and will lead efforts in developing and maintaining data management related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management and storage strategies
  • Oversee data architecture and integration processes across modules
  • Design and deploy real-time and batch ETL and ELT processes for optimal data usage
  • Ensure data management and storage modules enable customers to follow data governance principles
  • Establish secure data access controls, masking, and encryption processes
  • Lead a team of developers to deliver capabilities and features
  • Collaborate with product management to align with market and customer trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in data management with leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency in big data technologies, SQL, and data warehousing solutions
  • Experience with ETL and ELT tools and processes
  • Proficiency in data modelling and data warehouse concepts
