Job Overview:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns. You will work closely with creators, internal teams, and brands to ensure seamless campaign delivery, timely results, and measurable outcomes.

Campaign Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Identify and shortlist influencers based on campaign requirements.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with brand objectives.
  • Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag potential issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (including internships).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
