Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate and Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post-Merger Integration:
    • Develop integration strategies, operating models, and day 100 plans to ensure seamless integration.
    • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across functional areas, tracking synergy and coordinating with function owners.
  • Carve-out Management:
    • Lead divestiture management offices, identify separation considerations, and assess stand-alone costs and management's plans.
  • Pre-deal Operational Assessment & Synergy Planning:
    • Provide PMI/carve-out/operational assessment experience.
    • Assess and track strategy and synergy.
    • Manage large-scale cross-functional projects and programs.
    • Consult on operational improvement initiatives.
    • Work seamlessly with global teams.
    Requirements
    • PMI/carve-out/operational assessment experience.
    • Strategy and synergy assessment and tracking.
    • Program/project management in large-scale cross-functional projects.
    • Management consulting experience preferably in any functional consulting area.
    • Ability to work with global teams.
