We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in petroleum engineering to support our global wells teams.

This role involves providing engineering expertise to ensure the safe and efficient operation of wells across our international portfolio.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in well management and operations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university is required, as well as a minimum of 2-10 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.

  • Familiarity with AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) processes and budget forecasting for wellwork activities is an asset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide engineering support for well management and operations, including design and operational support.
  2. Generate plots and reports to communicate solutions and leverage subject matter expert advice and best practices.
  3. Ensure all operations comply with internal standards and international regulations.
  4. Promote a strong safety culture across all activities.
  5. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance wellwork efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in petroleum, mechanical, chemical, civil, or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum GPA 7.5 and above.
  • 2-10 years of work experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
