Cross-Border Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek an innovative and customer-centric professional to join our international customer service team. As a Cross-Border Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving queries from global clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical troubleshooting over the phone for clients worldwide.
  • Handle basic technical assistance calls related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and communications.

Required Competencies:

  • A working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • An intermediate understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS).
  • Networking basics.

Technical Skills:

  • Computer Knowledge: Intermediate or advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Operating Systems: An understanding of both Windows and Mac OS, as well as Mobile OS (Android and iOS).
  • Networking: An intermediate understanding of networking principles.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or higher.
  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (BPO and service industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Capacity to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
