We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive strategic decision-making, reporting excellence, and financial performance.

  • Prepare and finalize comprehensive financial statements and management information systems (MIS).
  • Support consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and audit processes.
  • Perform variance analysis and highlight key business drivers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop board decks, dashboards, and KPI reports for leadership.
  • Drive improvements in reporting systems, processes, and compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), financial reporting, and audit processes.
