Job Summary

Strobes Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US/North America market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US/North America market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our technical team to address customer requirements and deliver solutions
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of direct sales or direct + channel/partner sales experience
  • Prior knowledge and experience with CyberSecurity industry
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
