Interior Project Manager Role

We are seeking an Interior Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior projects from planning through handover. This role involves ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Operations Supervision: Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Liaison: Develop strong relationships with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, effective communication, and successful outcomes.
  • Design Drawing Review: Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to guarantee compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Project Timelines and Progress Monitoring: Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Site Reporting and Procurement Assistance: Prepare detailed site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Experience: 1-4 years' experience in interior project/site execution is required, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes is necessary for success in this position.
  • Software Proficiency: Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is essential for efficient workflow and collaboration.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills are vital for effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
