Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented project coordinator to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in interior execution, project coordination or a related field.

  • This is a full-time position requiring excellent organizational skills and strong client communication abilities.
  • The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
  2. Design Management: Track and monitor design changes, update documentation accordingly, and maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  3. Client Communication: Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  4. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion, ensuring prompt payment and maintaining good relationships.
  5. Financial Analysis: Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits and making recommendations for cost savings where possible.
  6. Administrative Support: Assist project managers and executives with administrative or coordination requirements, providing seamless support to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
