The Tool Administrator is responsible for the administration of IT monitoring and observability platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tune alerts to reduce noise in SL1
  • Create dashboards and reports in SL1
  • Integrate with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Script automation using Python, PowerShell, and Bash
  • Apply knowledge of MariaDB troubleshooting and fixes

For this role, we are seeking a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience in IT monitoring and observability platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SL1 architecture, collectors, and PowerPacks. Familiarity with hybrid IT monitoring and ITIL processes is also desirable. This position involves administering IT systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Required skills include proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash. Knowledge of database management systems like MariaDB is also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
