Key Responsibilities
  • Use appropriate rescue techniques to assist swimmers in need;
  • Observe the swimming area for potential hazards and respond accordingly;
  • Promote a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests;
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until medical help arrives;
  • Report any incidents or accidents to management;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification in lifeguarding or first aid;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for providing exceptional guest service;
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure;
