Research Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented User Research Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research to understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research using methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyze gathered data to identify trends and patterns in user behaviors, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product development strategies.
  • Advocate for the user by presenting research findings to stakeholders and ensuring that user-centric decisions are made at every stage of product development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research to continuously improve research methodologies and processes.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Holds a degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in a variety of research methods and tools (e.g., usability testing software, survey tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present research findings to stakeholders.
