Job Description

As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of electronic modules and custom-built Hybrid Integrated Circuits. Your primary goal is to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production and delivery of High Reliability electronic modules and custom built Hybrid Integrated Circuits.
  • Responsible for meeting sales plan targets, ensuring quantity, quality, and delivery requirements are fulfilled.
  • Engage in short-term and medium-term planning and budgeting to achieve company goals and objectives in manufacturing operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills with at least 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Additional requirements include excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as hands-on experience in production processes.
