Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute validation testing including functional, environmental, EMC, thermal, and durability tests
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution with relevant engineering teams
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and traceability
  • Maintain validation documentation, including test reports, issue logs, and compliance records
  • Ensure adherence to product development timelines and quality requirements through structured validation practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes, tools, and methodologies
