Senior Data Analytics Professional Leader

As a seasoned Data Analytics professional, we are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development of Power BI dashboards and lead a team of Data Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Engagement & Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between assigned business functions and the Data & Analytics team.
- Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, write and optimize SQL queries, and ensure quality and consistency of analytics outputs.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts, assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning).
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
