About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned data professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence. This role will focus on developing and managing business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI and advanced Excel skills)
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
