Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and coordinate the delivery of a Source-to-Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation Program.

This role is responsible for governing, planning, and driving execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across a complex initiative aimed at transforming procurement processes and enabling digital tools.

  • Project Management & Delivery: Lead end-to-end project management of the S2P digital transformation initiative, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT, external vendors, and implementation partners, facilitating regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, maintaining risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols.
  • Change Management Support: Collaborate with stakeholders on change requests, helping manage user transitions from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience; PMP Certification preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME Experience in Procurement Processes.
  • Understanding of Integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
