Transformation Leader Position

This key role is a crucial part of our organization's growth engine. As a Transformation Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of agreed transformations for large-scale deals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and team management skills, as well as strong program management abilities and hands-on experience with Agile methodology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver IT Transformation programs within established timelines and budgets.
  • Build high-performing teams and provide guidance to ensure collaborative and results-driven cultures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives and facilitate communication.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to transformation processes.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects to meet program objectives.
  • Develop documentation related to the transformation process.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience (18+ years) in delivering complex IT Transformation programs, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
